What if I lose the filter?

No worries – your bottle includes a spare filter. Just swap it in, and you’re good to go! (use the disassembly instructions above)

How should I fill the bottle?

Insert the plugs into the holes.

Pour your liquids into the bottle. The bottle holds approximately 850 mL (29 oz) of liquid in total. Leave at least 5 mm (0.2 inches) of space from the plug to avoid spillage.

How do I use the bottle?

To pour from one side, cover the air hole on the opposite side with your finger. This prevents air from entering that chamber, which stops the liquid from flowing out.

What liquids are safe to use?

We recommend clear liquids with no pulp or sediment. Even small particles can clog the filter and reduce flow.

The bottle works well with:

- Water
- Pulp-free juices (e.g. apple, cherry, cranberry)
- Wine
- Tea and coffee (strained)

These liquids may clog the filter:

- Pulpy juices (orange, tropical blends, banana)

- Any liquid with visible sediment or precipitate

What should I do if the liquid isn’t pouring out?

Make sure the air hole is uncovered – liquid won’t flow unless air can enter.

If the filter is clogged, try blowing through the nozzle to clear it, or rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water.
