All Curiosity Boxes are available only on a subscription basis that automatically renews at the end of its term.
Your Curiosity Box subscription automatically renews on the following dates, depending on your Subscription Plan:
- Spring Season - February 10
- Summer Season - May 10
- Fall Season - August 10
- Winter Season - November 10
Seasonal subscriptions auto-renew every quarter, following the renewal timeline above. For example, if you subscribe at any time during the Spring season, your subscription will auto-renew for the Summer Box on May 10, the following quarter. In other words- we rebill each quarter regardless of when you initially start your subscription.
Annual subscriptions auto-renew for another year during the same season it was initially purchased. For example, if you subscribe at any time during the Summer season, your plan will auto-renew for another full term on May 10, the following year.
Unsure about when your subscription renews? Login to your account and visit your Members Area to see your next renewal date. Depending on when you first subscribed, the renewal date will always fall in one of the above renewal months. If you are unsure of your renewal date please email customer service at support@curiositybox.com for further help.
Boxes first start to ship within the first week of the following Months:
- Spring Season - March
- Summer Season - June
- Fall Season - September
- Winter Season - December
Renewing subscribers get their boxes shipped first when shipping begins. If you're a new subscriber that purchases before the ship month, your box will go out once the existing subscribers’ boxes ship for that particular season.
For example, if you buy the Summer box in May once available, your box won't ship until June when shipping for that season begins.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, log into your account, click "manage subscription" then click "edit" and scroll to the bottom of the page to click "cancel subscription"
If you have any issues canceling your subscription please contact customer support at support@curiositybox.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Once a subscription is canceled, a cancelation confirmation is delivered to the email associated with the subscription for your records.
Please Note: Cancelling your subscription will not issue any sort of refund. All sales are final, including renewal payments. Once you’ve checked out, the order is sent to our fulfillment center to begin processing and we cannot cancel the shipment and issue a refund at that point. Your cancellation will take effect for your next renewal.

If you would like to change your shirt size, please email customer service- support@curiositybox.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
Please note - at this time there is not a way for customers to change shirt sizes through your account management page.
Simply Login and head to the My Account section by clicking the little person icon at the top right corner of the site.
To update your shipping information, click the "View Addresses" button.

Then you'll see your existing addresses. You can edit your current address on-file, or add a new one. Make sure you mark whatever address you want your box to go to as you 'default' address. If the correct address is not selected as the default, your box will be shipped to the previous address listed. This is important to ensure your Curiosity Boxes are shipped and delivered to the correct address.

These instructions are for Credit Card subscribers only. If you've subscribed via Paypal or AmazonPay in the past, please reach out to our customer service team for instructions on how to update your payment information.
Credit Card customers can simply Login and head to the My Account section by clicking the little person icon at the top right corner of the site.
To update your shipping information, click the "Manage My Subscription" button.

You'll see your current subscription information on the left and your payment information on the right. In order to update your billing information, simply click "Manage my stored payment information". You will need to enter your billing information all over again, including your updated billing address.

Replacements are only available for damaged or missing items. We recommend reviewing your order as soon as it is delivered to be sure everything is in good condition. For any replacement items, we need notice within 4 weeks of delivery to send a replacement. If we are notified after the 4 weeks, there will be a replacement fee. For replacements, please reach out to our customer service team at- support@curiositybox.com. We are happy to help!
As noted in the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you first check-out, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
In the event you receive a damaged product, or a sized product that is different from the size you provided in your profile, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Simply contact us and our customer service team will be happy to help!
If you have a coupon code to redeem, it can be applied during checkout by clicking "Have a coupon code?" The code must be applied during checkout to redeem the purchase.
Issues redeeming a code? Check the details of the code you’re trying to redeem, some only apply to subscriptions and others apply to items in Inq’s Shop. If you’re still having trouble, we can help! Email our customer service team at support@curiositybox.com.

Curiosity Box is happy to serve international subscribers – shipping charges vary by country. Please note- we pass on the exact shipping rate we are charged for international shipping. We do not control shipping costs and cannot do anything to lower the current costs.
If you are in a country that charges Duties and/or Taxes, you will have two shipping methods: the option to pay for only the shipping upfront (DDU) or the shipping and pre-pay all duties and taxes (DDP).
If you decide to pay for shipping only, you will need to pay duties and taxes to customs once your package arrives in your country, costs vary by country. We are not responsible for paying duties and taxes when you pay for shipping only.
Thank you so much for ordering from Inq's shop! We have a 3-5 day fulfillment time and then your order will ship from our warehouse in California. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
