- February 10
- May 10
- August 10
- November 10

Curiosity Box is happy to serve international subscribers.
Upon your initial checkout you'll be charged $8 for shipping per box; however, before your box is shipped the international shipping cost, duties, and taxes (where applicable) are calculated and charged.
International shipping ranges between $20 and $40 USD. This will include the cost of shipping and any applicable duties and taxes, so you won't have to deal with paying anything else before your box gets delivered. We'll notify you via email the exact cost before we charge you the additional shipping costs.
Below is a list of countries we DO NOT ship to:
Boxes ship within the first week of the following Months:
- Spring Season - March
- Summer Season - June
- Fall Season - September
- Winter Season - December
If you're a new subscriber that purchases before the ship month, your box will go out once the other boxes ship for that particular season.
For example, if you buy the Summer box in May, your box won't ship until the first week of June.
Renewing subscribers get their boxes shipped first when shipping begins.
You can cancel your Membership by visiting your My Account page and clicking on My Subscriptions. Click ‘View’ on your active subscription and here you’ll see a ‘Cancel’ button.
Please Note: Cancelling your subscription will not issue any sort of refund. All sales are final, including renewal payments. Once you’ve checked out, the order is sent to our fulfillment center to begin processing and we cannot cancel the shipment and issue a refund at that point. Your cancellation will take effect for your next renewal.
As noted in the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you check-out, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
In the event you receive a damaged product, or a sized product that is different from the size you provided in your profile, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Simply contact us!
