Verifying and Updating your Payment Method
If you received a decline notification email that looks like this:
Here are the instructions to update and verify your payment method.
Click the "Manage Subscription" link in this email.
Once the page loads, click "BILLING INFORMATION" at the top right:
Once the Billing Information page loads, click the "SEND EMAIL TO UPDATE".
This will send a secure link that will allow you to verify and update your payment method. If the information looks correct, we suggest entering it again to be sure the information is in our system correctly.
This will automatically charge your card and apply the funds to your subscription.
